The Kansas City Kansas Public School District offers benefit to all certified and full-time-classified employees working 30 hours or more per week the option to make benefit elections. Benefit elections are effective throughout the calendar year, January through December. There are 2 opportunities to make elections: During the new hire process and at Open Enrollment in October. To continue benefit elections for the next calendar year, all benefit eligible employees must enroll during the Open Enrollment Season no matter when hired throughout the calendar year. 

Benefits Portal 

Use the Benefits portal to view summaries, forms, and rates in the Benefit Booklet; information about filing claims, wellness reimbursement forms, educational videos, carrier contact information.

Employee ID or Username: first initial + last name + last four of SSN (all lowercase) 

PIN: last four of SSN + last 2 digits of birth year 

Example

Example Employee Info: John Doe, SS # 123-46-5555, DOB 08/01/1980 

Employee ID or Username: jdoe5555  

PIN: 555580 

TurnKey Login 

Use the TurnKey site to view current benefit elections, submit a qualifying life event, make benefit elections during open enrollment (November 1 – November 15 annually).
