Replacement System for Old Employee Online (SEDS) Extra Duty Time Sheet System
Contact: Lisa Walker
The District is transitioning to a new workflow platform for completing and approving extra duty timesheets beginning Thursday, October 1, 2026. The new platform will replace the current Old Employee Online (SEDS) system, which is expiring.
We expect the transition to be fairly easy, as the new platform’s look, functionality, and approval workflow closely align with our current system. This was one of the key factors in selecting it as the replacement for SEDS.
More detailed information and short training guides will be included in next week’s Admin Desk. We will also provide a quick training overview at the October 1 Principals Meeting to walk through the new system and approval process as implementation begins.
